Overview of the Project
WOVN.io has been at the forefront of localizing web and mobile content, but we identified an opportunity to expand our reach and growth by addressing an unmet need—video localization. Our vision is to localize the internet, and video content remained a significant challenge since most website translation solutions do not include media like videos. This gap led us to develop WOVN.Video, a service that ensures seamless multilingual video experiences. The platform is powered by AI, utilizing Whisper, an advanced speech recognition model, to generate accurate subtitles and translations
Overview of the Project
TokyoTreat, Yumetwins, Sakuraco, and NoMakeNoLife are subscription-based services offering curated Japanese snack and lifestyle boxes. One of the key challenges we faced was a high churn rate of 7% for our monthly subscriptions. A significant reason for this was that customers felt they were not getting enough value for what they were paying. To address this, we introduced a gamified streak and loyalty program designed to enhance customer engagement and retention.
