Overview of the Project

As WOVN expanded into AI-driven services, we saw the need for a dedicated client-facing dashboard—a streamlined platform where clients could track all the work we’ve done for them in one place. The WOVN Copilot Dashboard provides a high-level overview of translation and localization efforts, offering valuable insights and analytics to help businesses measure the impact of WOVN’s services.

Many of our clients are business decision-makers, not translators, making our existing platform difficult for them to navigate. Copilot simplifies their experience by removing unnecessary complexity and focusing on the data that matters.

TokyoTreat, Yumetwins, Sakuraco, and NoMakeNoLife are subscription-based services offering curated Japanese snack and lifestyle boxes. One of the key challenges we faced was a high churn rate of 7% for our monthly subscriptions. A significant reason for this was that customers felt they were not getting enough value for what they were paying. To address this, we introduced a gamified streak and loyalty program designed to enhance customer engagement and retention.
